COACHING ACCOUNTABILITY AGREEMENT

Effective date: 10/18/21

 

  1. SCOPE OF WORK

The Soulcial Media Influencer™ Coaching is an eight week intensive coaching program for Influencers and Thought Leaders to affirm their soulcial voice, cultivate their ideal community, and produce tangible results within their personal brands in 30 days, with  your coach Michelle Ana of Love Michelle Ana, LLC. You will be working with Michelle Ana for the next eight weeks in a virtual group setting. 

  1. PERIOD PERFORMANCE & DELIVERY

Group Coaching begins Monday October 25, 2021 and lasts for eight weeks, ending on Wednesday December 15, 2021. The live mastermind weekly sessions will take place via Zoom and will be recorded to be posted in the weekly modules in the program dashboard within 24-48 hours after the live recording. You will receive email correspondence from [email protected] weekly, to keep you up to date with program details, links, resources and end of week self assessment. Please return this signed agreement to [email protected], to complete your first assignment in the coaching program. 

 

  1. ENGAGEMENT RESOURCES

All received material will be treated as confidential information. Non-public and internal company information, trade secrets, strategies, protocols, manuals, business plan(s), logos, advertisements or the such shall not be sold or shared with anyone other than those working on the Client’s behalf or with the Client’s prior approval.

  1. CHANGES / CANCELLATION

This agreement is non-transferable. This agreement serves as a form of accountability for you to show up, participate in the weekly modules and complete your weekly assignments. If you are unable to attend the weekly group sessions live, rest assured that you have full access to the playback recordings 24-48 hours after the live session. There is an area reserved for comments and questions under each module for you to utilize, should you have anything to share.

  1. EXTRA TIME

I encourage and invite you to email me between sessions if you need support, have a challenge or can't wait to share success! If you feel that the time allotted for the group sessions plus email contact is insufficient to meet all of your coaching needs, I will ask that we discuss one on one options available at an additional investment to suit your needs.

 

  1. CHALLENGES

Please understand that it is my role to coach you through this interactive group coaching setting to help you become the Soulcial Media Influencer™ you aspire to become. This may involve you stepping outside your comfort zone and learning a new framework on how to grow your personal brand. Dedication to the work, completing weekly tasks, and a willingness to expand outside your current capacity is the only way that significant growth will occur. Group coaching is a process that involves both challenge and accountability, as as your coach, I am here to do both.



  1. SOULCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER™ COACHING PROGRAM AGREEMENT DURATION AND COMPLETION

The Soulcial Media Influencer™ Coaching Program agreement is valid for 8 weeks. Extension: It is quite common for individuals in a coaching relationship to request an extension beyond the original agreement, and in these cases, we may initiate a separate coaching agreement. If you would like to extend the period of your coaching work beyond the term of this agreement, please contact me, to discuss new terms and conditions to reflect your interests and requirements.

  1. TERMINATION

Due to the nature of this coaching program, virtual/digital, there are no refunds. In the event that you are unable to attend the live group coaching sessions, please keep in mind that you have one year access to the program dashboard and can access content at any point in time to complete and revisit. 

 

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY

I recognize that you may have privileged information that you might share with me as part of our group coaching process together (e.g. plans, life/business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information and other proprietary information). I will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, use any information for my benefit, nor disclose, or communicate in any manner any information put forward by you in our conversation to any third party. Video and written testimonials will be collected and shared for the purpose of promotion and marketing. You are free to share and document your process/experience of the coaching program on social media, with  the understanding that the program content remains confidential. 

 

  1.  NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP

As the Client, you are aware that the coaching relationship is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy. Should you feel the need for professional counseling and/or therapy, it is your responsibility to seek such services. As the Client, you enter into a coaching with the understanding that I, as your Coach, will support you in the process of developing and reaching intended goals; however, results are based on your commitment to the program. Through the discovery process that coaching brings, you are responsible for creating your own results and completing the weekly work.

 

  1. CONSIDERATION.

I understand and agree that the tools and resources that I receive during my participation in this program shall be deemed as full and complete consideration for the work I perform thereunder. Further, I do not expect, nor will I at any time expect or demand, any other consideration for the work I perform as it relates to the Program, including, without limitation, fees, royalties, dividends, or any other monetary consideration,  

 

  1. COMPLETE AGREEMENT.

This Agreement embodies the complete agreement and understanding governing my participation in the Program. I understand and agree that if a third party sponsors or cooperates in the Program, Love Michelle Ana, LLC. and the third party may enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement in order to exchange confidential information for performance of the Program. As a Participant in the Program covered by this Non-Disclosure Agreement or any other agreements between Love Michelle Ana, LLC. and the third party, I understand and agree that I will be required to acknowledge the terms and conditions of such agreement(s) and to comply with all terms and conditions governing the Program. 

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS COACHING CLIENT ACCOUNTABILITY AGREEMENT AND HAVE HAD SUFFICIENT TIME TO SEEK EXPLANATION OF THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED ABOVE. AFTER CAREFUL CONSIDERATION, I SIGN THIS DOCUMENT VOLUNTARILY AND WITHOUT INDUCEMENT.
